  • If a renewal-related claim is made within 10 days of the billing date, and no service has been used, a refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are not issued for work that has already been delivered, designs approved, or development phases completed. 

All valid refund amounts will be processed within one business day after the claim is approved and will be reflected in the client’s original payment method.
