Applicants outside the twin cities (Rawalpindi and Islamabad) will not be considered.

Evening Shift (6:00 PM to 2:00 AM)
6 days a week (including Saturday)
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Upwork Bidder who can identify the right opportunities and convert them into long-term clients. The ideal candidate understands how to analyze client requirements, target relevant projects, and submit compelling proposals for design, development, and video services. If you’re proactive, persuasive, and comfortable working in an evening shift with clear targets, this role is for you.
What You Bring to the Team
1–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding or business development
Strong understanding of Upwork’s bidding process, job filters, and best practices
Ability to write customized, clear, and persuasive proposals
Good communication skills for client interaction, follow-ups, and negotiations
Good understanding of digital services, including design, web development, and video production, to confidently pitch solutions to clients
Ability to coordinate with internal teams to understand project scope and timelines
Attention to detail and consistency in lead generation and reporting
