Timings
Morning Shift 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Evening Shift 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM
Who We’re Looking For
We need a sharp mind who can:
• Communicate with inbound leads from Fiverr, LinkedIn and Upwork
• Build strong relationships to ensure repeat business
• Understand international clients and handle them with professionalism
• Take on-the-spot decisions independently when needed
• Meet deadlines with professionalism and coordinate effectively with all departments
If you’re intellectually sound, quick on your feet, and know how to turn conversations into long-term partnerships, this might be your stage.
What You Bring
Must be a graduate
Prior experience handling international clients via freelance platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a professional tone
Confidence in independent decision-making and client handling
A problem-solving mindset paired with patience and empathy
Ability to manage multiple client interactions and deliver consistently
Knowledge and experience in web development, website design, and video editing projects
